Fathom Divers Dive Club: New for Our Area

Hello,
I am working with Fathom Divers to help create interest in a new concept for scuba divers. The conceptual idea of a dive club in this area has met stern resistance for fear of a perceived market monopolization. Our goal is to provide opportunities for all divers and shops in the greater-DC area to tap into the membership base by offering trips lead by DMs and instructors, and to provide assistance with seminars that provide diver education. Organization of local dive weekends at Rawlings, Millbrook, Dutch Springs, Guppy Gulch, Mt. Storm, etc. is one such benefit.
